He took Rowena because he thought that her father killed his stepmom and he wanted revenge. He was going to rap her get her pregnant and than send her back but, then he himself fell in love with her.
My Thoughts
What a bittersweet story this was it was full of pain, mystery, expecially about the past. The three words I would use to discrube this book would be revenge. Love. forgiveness. Not only was this book very well researched but it was very well written. I really adored this book. You can feel the heat between Garth and Rowena and the darkness is swirling around them. One of the best part of this story were the secondary characters such as Blaine and Marlys
