Summary

Prudence Bosworth is a seamstress who suddenly becomes the wealthiest woman in the world due to an inheritance she received from her father. She is a romantic but, naive when it comes to gentlemen.

Plot

Rhys De Winter ( Duke Of Cyres ) was a destitoe Duke who needed to pay his debts and the only way he could do that was by marrying a heiress. Rhys notices Prudence at one of the. Soirée' that he would go to but didn't give her another though. He later learns that she has become an heires but, he is a crafty rogue and pretends he knows nothing about her inheritance. He lies, manipulates, and seduces her he even goes so far as to say he can't marry her because he has nothing to offer her.

My Thoughts

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the characters and really cared about what happen to them. I liked how to he author showed us that money isn't everything that sometimes honesty and love is enough. It was a fast moving book and sure to put a smile on your face.
