Summary 

Clary Fray and her best friend Simon go to a club called Pandomonium to have fun. Once they get there she sees young teenagers commit a murder and the funny thing is only she can see them do it. That is when she learns that her mom has been lying to her she is in fact one of them 

Plot

Clary!s meets Jace and the rest of the gang at the club and he figures out right away that she is one of them. When  her mom gets kidnaped Jace and the rest of the shadow hunters get together to try and find her mom. This is how she learns about who she really is and she also learn that shadow hunters protect the world from demons and all sorts of other creatures.

My Thoughts

This book was amazing it was the debut novel in a very intreasting book on mythology. Cassandra Clare ( the writer ) makes you feel like you are in the book. If it were possible I would like to spend one day in the world of shadow hunters. The main characters are really well developed and it has a mind blowing suprise at the end
